Corporate HR at Atlantic Health System is looking for a self-starting individual to become a member of the HRIS team supporting activities such as documenting specification requirements and testing conversions and interfaces. A college degree in Business Administration, Computer Science , Human Resources and /or Public Administration required. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HRIS and Peoplesoft 9.0 or greater is required. 2-3 years experience with Success Factors Performance Management System is preferred. The candidate selected for this position will also be overseeing the development of process documentation and training materials, having full ownership of HRIS application functional setup of systems and integration testing while identifying approaches to address complex issues that arise. Working closely with HR and Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define and document new system requirements, this experienced professional will continue to help streamline/improve existing business processes by providing potential solutions to meet the needs of the business and ongoing functionality reviews of existing system modules. This is a full-time position with 8am-4pm shift available.
