Education and Experience Required:
High school education or GED.
One year or more of previous customer service experience preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent verbal presentation skills required.
Understands internal processes and tools.
Problem solving skills.
Accuracy in data entry.
Familiarity with computer technology.
Previous medical or medical billing experience is a plus.
