Organization: Business Process Outsourcing Location: Jacksonville, FL People within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Typically, people in BPO are based permanently at a client location. BPO helps clients develop and deliver business process innovations with cutting-edge outsourcing services. Our BPO resources can expect to: Receive ongoing training to build and extend professional, technical and management skills in all areas Enjoy our comprehensive and generous benefits package The User Experience Architect is responsible for developing User Experience/Information Architecture documentation (site outlines, process flows, sketches, scenarios, wireframes, navigation models) for web, desktop and mobile. This role will often take the lead in supporting business and development teams as well as other user experience consultants and work closely with the client. A strong understanding of user-centered design processes and interaction design principles will be critical for success. Key Responsibilities: Creating the user experience and information architecture for marketing and servicing websites. This includes defining functionality, navigation, and interaction models through page level wireframes, site-maps, use cases, and functional requirements documentation. Understanding target audiences' needs, tasks, and goals and translating them into smart, innovative solutions for our clients. Working closely with product, marketing, brand, and design teams to translate business requirements into meaningful experiences. Participating in immersive user research, concept testing, usability testing, and analytics. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of experience with User Experience Architecture, Information Architecture, and/or User Experience Design Minimum of 1 year of mobile and/or tablet design experience required Bachelors Degree or 4 additional years work experience Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of front end coding and content management systems Tablet, mobile and app design experience is strongly preferred Experience with responsive/adaptive approaches
• Understanding of the web development project lifecycle Credit card operations and logistics, consumer banking application knowledge Professional Skill Requirements: Ability to work in a process and deadline driven environment Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects Excellent communication/presentation skills, both oral and written Ability to work effectively with a global, virtual team High energy level, self-motivated, and demonstrates initiative Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require now or in the future sponsorship by the employer for a visa.
