Create case management solutions for the newly released IBM Case Manager 5.1. Work with business analysts to design and code workflows, model the data needed to carry out the process, and write the code and logic necessary to support human and system activities. Configure Case Manager's Business Space widgets and develop custom widgets to support user interface requirements. Develop and test Case Manager solutions, case types, tasks, steps, properties, roles, and in-basket. Customize out-of-the-box Case Manager widgets, including wiring event. Work closely with the user interface team to integrate with IBM Forms for all human workflow tasks. Configure Case Manager widgets for business activity monitoring and develop custom Business Space widgets to customize the Case Manager Client, as necessary.
Additional Qualifications: -Experience in integrating Case Manager with IBM Sametime-Experience with the FileNet content object model-Experience with integrating IBM Forms into the Case Manager solution-Knowledge of content engine storage policies-Knowledge of FileNet content templates, access rights, or ACLs-Knowledge of maps, rosters, queues, in-baskets, or roles-Ability to design custom objects-MA or MS degree
