Construction Superintendent

Stanton View Development LLC is a real estate development firm located in Washington, DC which; focuses on developing and building affordable residential communities.

Our communities are comprised of newly constructed condominiums, town homes, and single family homes, in Washington, DC, and Maryland.

Currently, we are seeking a qualified Construction Superintendent to manage our field operations. We require a minimum of 10 years experience as a residential construction superintendent, building condominiums, town homes, and single family homes within a production environment. Experience as a superintendent with a national, regional, or local home builder is preferred. Candidates must be familiar with Washington DC building codes and; experienced scheduling trades for multiple construction projects.
