The Administrative Director is responsible for the coordination of scheduling services rendered to patients across the health system.
Required: Masters Degree
Specify Degree(s): Degree in Nursing or comparable clinical degree, Business, or Health Care Administration
Required: 6-10 years of previous job-related experience
Managerial Experience: 5+ years
Directs the development and implementation of philosophy and objectives congruent with the Medical Center's mission and strategic plan. Plans and coordinates personnel and patient scheduling activities to assure quality, safety, customer/patient satisfaction, equity and consistency. Directs the development of policies, procedures, and staffing patterns essential to the day-to-day operation of multiple departments. Reviews and approves scheduling templates to assure they meet the principles of the health system’s design adopted in 2012. Develops and meets departmental budgets according to established procedures.
