JOB SUMMARY : Sales Coordinator is responsible for the direct support of the sellers that make up the Tucson Sales Organization. This position is responsible for all administrative functions in support of Partnership Development and Tour & Travel sales professionals. This position will clear any non-selling functions from the Sales Professionals freeing up their time to concentrate fully on revenue generating activities .
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Percentage of time spent on each task.
Prioritizes customer/revenue generating related activities on a daily basis to insure the success of the Sales Organization
Prepares and coordinates Travel Agent Getaways
Responsible for correspondence, contracts, and proposals and other needed administrative functions of the sales organization.
Acts as one of the primary administrators for the Delphi system.
Responsible for coordination of Travel Agent site visits or new Partnership Development site visits
Other Duties and Responsibilities: Tasks requiring less than 10% of time spent on an individual task is an "other duty or responsibility".
Provides customer service to incoming callers by screening and directing calls to appropriate staff.
Assists callers, answers questions and addresses concerns and other service issues when sellers are not available.
Responsible for designing and running reports out of the Delphi system as requested.
Provides reporting and manages upcoming travel coordination for sellers.
Assures timely response to customers within 4 hours of call or contact
Maintains accurate records of all partnership development and tour and travel activities in Delphi as needed.
Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines by insuring proper sign-off occurs on all purchases.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Maintains excellence in the areas of person character, commitment, organizational skills, positive attitude and work habits.
Upholds high standards in conduct when connecting with both external and internal clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Demonstrates teamwork at all levels.

Experience with Delphi or Delphi FDC preferred
