Role:
The purpose of the sales support / operations role is to help create greater department efficiencies by working with various operations, reporting and trading systems.

Responsibilities:
Acts as an onsite dedicated service & support expert on a wide range of client account and trade execution issues
Ensure department compliance with firm operational guidelines, policies and procedures
Performs trade adjustments and corrections, and researches and resolves account issues working closely with back office partners
Responds to client inquiries by email, looking to identify sales opportunities, while also meeting immediate client needs
Assists with creation, design preparation, and necessary updates of department wide metrics reports and analysis
Assist with projects to improve processes used by department personnel that can enhance both the client and associate experience
Shadows periodically with fixed income specialists, looking to gain sales and subject matter expertise

Requirements:
4 Year College Degree
2-3 years of related experience
Series 7 license required, Series 63/65 or 66 preferred
Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
Proactive team player, with solid communication skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment
Career interest in relationship sales, and desire to learn the fixed income business preferred
