Duties: Performs all general office tasks including accounts receivable, maintenance of personnel records, processing and scheduling of building use applications, budget preparation, general correspondence, telephone and other duties assigned by the Weston Middle School Principal.

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience in secretarial or related field
  • Excellent typing and organizational skills required
  • Working knowledge of general office equipment, including photocopiers
  • Computer experience necessary
  • Pleasant telephone personality; strong communication skills
  • Ability to relate well with faculty, parents and students
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Bookkeeping skills to monitor and balance budgets
  • Confidentiality a must
Job Goal: To assure a personable, smooth and efficient operation of the Middle School Main Office.

Employment Terms: 12 Month position with step/level accordance with BOE/AFSCME contract. Hours 8:00am – 4:00pm
