Our client is the global leader in information management and electronic commerce systems for the financial services industry. They are currently seeking a capable and driven Program Manager to mentor project team members on job responsibilities as well as reinforce established Project Management processes. The successful candidate will handle project issue escalations related to individual projects being managed by their team of Project Managers.
Additional responsibilities may include:
Approves time sheets and authorizes time off.
Writes annual performances reviews for their team of Project Managers.
Monitors team members' project workbooks for quality and completeness.
Reports performance and project issues and status to the Program Director.
Interviews prospective team members and provides input to the Program Director.
Manages projects as assigned according to established processes.
Serves as backup to for the Program Director.
Performs other duties as required.
