The Learning Management System Administrator organizes and prioritizes own workload in order to support Compliance Wire data. Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and assign/track curriculum completions. Assure is maintain updated with EDM items by ensuring correct versioning and item information. Monitor the link between EDM and LMS. Run metrics reports and verification reports. Administer the Training Materials Library (online database and hard-copy). Administer qualifications, components, content objects, catalogs, and learner records in the LMS. Administer/maintain all training files: individual (active and inactive) and group (topic-specific). Respond to all LMS work requests and all inquiries regarding training records process. Administer entry and removal of all hired/terminated personnel in the LMS. Provide training/user support on the LMS. Provide administrative support for all training courses/webinars, including electronic data entry of attendees, scheduling in LMS, updating the training calendar on the SharePoint Site, and setting up Live Meeting when applicable. Also helps problem resolution to ensure that training data and employee status are conducted in a timely and efficient manner. Provide training/user support on the LMS. Attend Curriculum Definition/LMS and administer the Community of Practice (COP). All McNeil employees are required to cultivate an environment of quality and compliance in their actions. Those who manage others are required to ensure their employees are trained appropriately, create and maintain an environment that promotes employee involvement and doing things right the first time.


A minimum of an Associate Degree is required. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred. At least one (1) year of experience administering Learning Management Systems is required. Pharmaceutical industry experience is required. Bilingual (English/Spanish-oral and written) is required. Project Management and team leadership experience is preferred. Must have basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) and in Learning Management System. Must be available to work on a second shift. Physical requirements of the position includes; sedentary work that requires minimum effort and it also requires skills in communication, eye-hand coordination, and the ability to move.
