Dell Inc. is a global provider of information technology solutions. We are currently looking for an Operations Reporting Advisor to support our Medicare Advantage Enrollment and Premium Billing services.

Job Description:
  • Interprets and analyzes qualitative, quantitative and trend data, anticipating program and implementation issues and developing preventative measures that change business behavior and improve capabilities
  • Actively participates in setting and meeting department objectives
  • Identifies opportunities for process and procedure enhancements to drive efficiency and customer service levels
Responsibilities:
  • Extract and manipulate membership and billing information from various systems
  • Coordinate data requirements with the workflow management tools
  • Monitor production and quality of the enrollment and billing processes
  • Develop and enhance existing reports and processes
  • Maintain current knowledge of CMS compliance requirements as they pertain to Medicare Advantage enrollment and premium billing
  • Develop and monitor operations reports
  • Engage with customers, vendors, operations and leadership team to understand and support the business and reporting strategies
  • Ensure that reporting requirements and metrics definitions are consistent and aligned to customer expectations, regulatory requirements and process improvement goals
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 6-8 years applicable health plan / payer experience or combination of work experience and education required
  • Experience using Xcelys, ikaSystems, Facets, Market Prominence or similar systems required
  • Approximately 25% travel required
  • This position may be performed remotely, or at our facilities in Plano, TX or Lincoln, NE

  • Competency in publishing through Excel, Access and/or other business intelligence tools including SQL, SAS, Business Objects
  • Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Manage time and prioritize effectively; demonstrate an ability to cope with a complex and changing environment
