Oversee and direct employees while scheduling and coordinating completion, re-completion and work-over procedures on Chesapeake operated properties.

Personnel Duties

Supervise, schedule, and coordinate daily activities of subordinates and contract personnel
Ensure employees have proper training and tools to perform their jobs
Ensure employees are adhering to all applicable company policies
Work with superintendent in recruitment and selection of new employees
Complete incident and accident reports
Inspect employee's vehicles and ensure they are maintained and in good working condition

Construction Duties

Monitor new well completions; ensure they're ready for first sales.
Schedule and coordinate construction needs for: frac water lines, compressors, coolers, soap launchers, production unit clean outs, SWD site maintenance and any other construction needs for the area.
Ensure well site audits and diagrams include Bureau of Land Management and any other regulatory agency requirements.
Perform due diligence and inventory all acquired wells; inspect each well and coordinate repairs as needed.
Ensure shops and shop grounds are cleaned and well maintained.
Ensure Regulatory requirements are maintained.
Minimize cost by utilizing sound engineering practices, project planning, and the standard 3 bid process.
Review and approve invoices.
Maintain a safe and environmentally friendly work place for staff and contractors.
Attend production, completion, and safety meetings.
All duties are to be performed in accordance with Chesapeake's Environmental, Health and Safety Guidelines.

Possess administrative knowledge in order to prepare and maintain reports, budgets, and administrative records as required.
Demonstrate continued ability to be reliable, responsible, and dependable.
Able to proactively embrace and champion change.
Ability to provide leadership and troubleshooting for employees.
Ability to understand gauges, dials, or other indicators to ensure a machine is working properly.
Ability to perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment.
Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of co-workers, clients, and other external contacts.
Demonstrate basic computer knowledge through effective use of a personal computer including Microsoft Office applications. Able to learn company specific applications.

Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
One year experience in the oil and gas field

Preferred:
Over 2years experience in the oil and gas field
Experience coordinating completion, re-completion and work-over procedures
Previous supervisory or management experience
Vocational trainingin general maintenance, oil and gas production or relevant field
