ExamFX, a division of Ascend Learning, is seeking a unique individual in our Business Services area of Customer Service. This individual will set up new clients and be responsible for maintaining customer records including product and pricing, payment collections and processing refunds. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, ability to work in the account management systems and have excellent customer service skills for both internal and external customers. ExamFX helps insurance and financial services companies license their employees. They are the industry leader in online training and assessment for Professional Pre-Licensing in Insurance and Securities exams.

Responsible for supporting the Company’s goals through proper and timely monthly billing, excellent customer service, new client set up and maintenance of updated pricing and products, refunds and collections.

Create and maintain accurate records for assigned customers (product, pricing)

Knowledge of Company’s products and services

Manage Company’s product availability

Proper and timely monthly customer billing

Payment collection on all outstanding balances

Facilitate customer returns

Customer Service Support

Required Skills

Organizational skills

Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to effectively respond to questions from internal and external customers

Ability to use all systems necessary for Billing, Account Management, and Collections

Excellent verbal and written skills

Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office applications

Required Experience

1 year + Operational Support Roles

Effective organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent phone, customer service and follow-up skills (both verbal and written)

Self-motivated individual with desire for success

Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing baseline technology solutions in Account Management, Customer Service, Microsoft Office and CRM systems

College degree preferred
