The Support Services Specialist II supports a team of Home Services Specialists I, II, & III by performing activities including mailing packages, ordering third party requests, etc. This is a non-pipeline carrying role.
Associate will assist HSS II with processing loans approved by an Underwriter or an automated decisioning system. Will be responsible for verifying borrower documentation meets company requirements. Will resolve issues during the loan process and maintain excellent customer servics rates. Support multiple Home Services Specilists assisting them in performing tactical/administrative activities associated with the processing of mortgage loan applications. Responsible for following workflow prioritization for all activities assigned daily, insuring critical Service Level Agreements, Regulatory and Compliance deadlines are strictly adhered, to include but not limited to:
Collection/Audit/Mailing of 3-day package; order 3rd party services; order appraisal, title, flood, payoff as well as follow for receipt. Request internal and external sub-ordination, manage rate lock extensions/expirations; Review Condo database to determine if Condo is approved etc.
Additionally this role will be responsible for communicating and informing MLO/MLS of loan status through StatusMart updates and email. Maintains a high level of customer service by being proactive in communication with customers, may include banking center associates, realtors, etc
