Position Summary:
Enova is currently searching for a bright, energetic, and ambitious Senior Help Desk Administrator to join our team; problem-solvers, self-directors and action-oriented thinkers are required. Candidates will be expected to hit the ground running learning the technologies, strategies, and problem solving techniques that will enable them to contribute to the continued success of the company.
Responsibilities:
Mentor, teach, and coach junior help desk administrators
Provide end user support on windows, Debian & MacOS
Assist in maintaining the network and desktops
Troubleshoot, install, repair and track hardware
Provide on-site and remote client support
Create, maintain, and delete user accounts from various systems
Maintain the automated desktop build process
Maintain current desktops/laptops via pushing updates
