As an Asset Protection Associate for Best Buy, you will support the operation of your Best Buy store by ensuring a safe, secure and profitable store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coaches store employees on standards, policies and best practices related to safety and crisis events and monitors compliance with safety behaviors.
Assists in resolving any hazards, compliance issues and investigates any employee or customer accidents.
Monitors the store for security risks and alarm functionality.
Delivers asset protection training and ensures employee safety trainings are current.
Basic Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
18 years of age or older
Preferred Requirements:
Associates Degree
Experience in a position that was accountable for the safety and security of people and/or company assets
