Security+ Certification and Active Directory experience required.
Candidate shall provide support in the establishment and execution required to implement a vulnerability management program; provide guidance and support in required Information Assurance (IA) schedules, IA requirements, IA objectives and policies, and IA processes and procedures. This includes the creation, review and submission of required documentation DON/USMC Information Assurance requirements. You will provide leadership and administrative support to the vulnerability program activities; provide security oversight and tracking IAVM Program which includes coordinating IAVM Program security measures/requirements including analysis, testing, evaluation, verification, and review of information system installations to ensure compliance with applicable FISMA, DoD, DISA, DoN, and USMC policy. In addition, you will implement security guidance and coordinate and direct actions appropriate to remedy security deficiencies, and follow procedures set forth in accordance with Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN) Operational Directive (OPDIR) or US Cyber Command IAVM notices; track IAVA management and the implementation of patches as described in the MCESS IAVM Plan; track IAVA/B and technical advisory issuances and the implementation of patches as described in the MCESS IAVM Plan; assist the program and IAM with the development, review, endorsement, tracking, contracting and maintenance of IA certification and accreditation documentation, in accordance with DODI 8510.01.
