Responsible for the management of Medical Education Management system utilized by the 50+ residency programs, allied health programs, clerkships, students and faculty (in our Colleges of Medicine, Health Related Professions and Nursing), and University Hospital Finance, and affiliated participating sites. Will serve as institutional-wide educator and facilitator for this software application with all listed above as well as the liaison with the software vendor. Will also serve as the liaison for technical and compliance issues. Provide leadership and high level guidance to end users as the expert in Medical Education systems programs and related applications (eg. New Innovations). Oversee application integration throughout all residency training programs and affiliate hospitals, students and faculty in the College of Medicine, Health Related Professions and Nursing, Hospital Finance and configuration of components to support programmatic needs. Provide comprehensive training and end user support individually and in group settings. Monitor end user progress in various software components/application needs. Design instructional reference guide/tools and evaluation instruments for all end users as needed to supplement vendor's material. Design and develop reports within software. Identify and analyze potential implementation problems and perform corrective action as needed. Database support to include data integrity monitoring, account provisioning and oversight of data uploads. Coordinate software implementation with multiple hospitals and between various educational programs. Liaison between software vendor staff and GME staff that ensures system efficiency and efficacy. Contributing member and manager of GME's web site design and content. Technical management and support of other software applications (e.g. ERAS, IPM, IHI, Banner, NRMP-R3). Provide instruction and assistance with development of educational programming, curriculum development and planning, creation and use of evaluation tools and techniques to facilitate training in and assessment of medical competence through effective use of GME resources. Participate in the management, oversight and maintenance of training programs and Programs' accreditation. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE ABOVE POSITION DESCRIPTION

REQUIRED: Bachelors degree with related experience in Medical Education, Health Care or Public Administration. PREFERRED: Masters degree or higher with 3 years exp in Medical Education, Health Care or Public Administration with focus on Medical Education.
