The Marketing Senior Manager will allow CWT to project a much more powerful, leading brand image based on the sum total of products, services messaging, branding and events.
This position is an operational business leader and process owner responsible for leading the marketing system (global, regional, country) in the planning and management of a go-to-market process.
Key objective is to move from an individual, product-driven launch process to a more synchronized framework. In this framework, best-in-class results will be achieved by leveraging, linking and combining announcements, launches, programs, campaigns, and messaging into market-defined windows. Ensures that key deadlines and deliverables are met in each Planning cycle, and that documented process is maintained and improved based on feedback. This will ensure CWT has one aligned, coherent plan to drive effective and efficient campaign in the marketplace.
Defines, updates and drives the Go-to-Market process and calendar:
include all global and regional marketing stakeholders within the company
define forums, and content requirements
work on products such as CWT Mobile To Go
Drive planning forums and ensures key milestones are well executed and on time
Lead process to define key Go-to-Market objectives and strategies
align with business goals and objectives
ensure cross-category leverage, market, and customer/segment focus
Drive integration and synchronization of global plans across:
products and solutions (new, enhancement)
brand messaging and campaigns
programs and promotions
Consult/advise global and region marketing colleagues on the Go-to-Market Planning process
be a source of process and execution expertise
Develop clear and measurable goals for each Go-to-Market cycle:
report ongoing progress and results/outcomes
collect and act on process improvement feedback
English fluent: strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to operate in a multicultural environment
Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Master degree preferred in marketing or business management
Results-driven, independent track record of outstanding individual performance and business results
Must possess strong initiative and drive for continuous improvement
Experience with managing significant culture change
Proven collaborative and influencing skills
Strong capabilities to influence where there is no direct authority
Excellent executive communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of 360-degree integrated marketing and project management.
Communications agency experience a plus
International travel is required
Prefered locations: Minneapolis, Paris or London.
