The Assistant Director of Catering and Convention
Services will be responsible for managing all Catering and
Convention Service groups. Will have the passion and drive to find
new revenue opportunities; a strategist who understands their
competitive set and plans to own the market.

The Ideal Candidate for this Position
5 Years experience in a Conference Services and/or Catering
Direcor position in a medium to large sized property, or similar
experience
Hospitality or Post Secondary degree
Proven ability to plan and organize events effectively, with
an acutre sense of detail
Working knowledge of Delphi, Word and Excel
Assertive , professional and positive with a proven ability
to develop and lead in a team environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both
written and verbal CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) designation a
strong asset)
