NICE operates a SaaS and Hosting business that includes multiple enterprise applications across several geographies and business units globally. As the business grows in scale and complexity, NICE is seeking to develop best practices for cloud products. The Director of Cloud Product Solution Marketing will be responsible for all marketing activities of the “NICE Cloud” solution. The responsibility covers outbound and inbound activities for all line of business globally.
General Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop NICEcloud go to market and sales tools; High level presentations, branding, white papers, (inc. Security, compliance etc.), RFP FAQ database, etc.
Act as center of knowledge and guidance to the various NICE product marketing and solutions teams. Lead the articulation of the cloud business value.
Deliver customer cloud specific technical requirements to be reflect in the various NICE cloud designated product plans.
Guide the sales force and technical customer facing community on NICE cloud offering
Develop solution positioning and messaging that differentiates NICE products in the market
Partnering with Product Management to help define product specifications and validating solution roadmap plans & product vision with customers, market analysts & sales teams
Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team
Demand generation – develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for NICE cloud products and services
Lead go-to-market campaigns, support sales and marketing activity, influence analysts and support PR to strengthen market position, and represent NICE cloud at conferences and industry events
Ensures that all employees in a variety of sales, marketing and services roles are properly trained to present cloud offering effectively in the market place.
5-8 years of experience in the Enterprise solution market
3-5 years of experience in Product Management and/or Pre-Sales
2-4 years’ experience in cloud application offering
Experience with training and supporting the sales teams
Proven ability to understand and communicate the needs of major accounts to develop business driven technology solutions
Skilled in the development & delivery of executive level presentations at Industry events
Extensive understanding of the contact center and customer service market space including current trends and competitive dynamics
Strong technical skills and self-learning ability
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Willing to travel 35%-45% of your time
Knowledge of NICE portfolio – an advantage
Proven management skill, Experience in a matrix reporting environment
