Position Description

The Account Coordinator is responsible for increasing sales in the stores in their assigned territories, supporting all events within and sometimes outside their territory and achieving personal sales goals while working in store. The Account Coordinator will support sales by servicing customers through product demonstration, makeup application, customer service skills (listening to customer needs) and strong sales ability.
Increase sales in territory and achieve personal retail sales daily goals.
Ensure highest levels of artistry, sales and customer service skills which will result in increased productivity and achievement of sales goals.
Contribute to the success of the business by collaborating on sales strategies with their respective Account Executive.
Responsible for the proactive planning with AE and the ultimate success of all events within territory. (driving in store appointments, set up/take down, key team member during event)
Recap weekly sales and event sales/key metrics generated in store to Account Executive.
Demonstrate high level of artistry techniques.
Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and store employees.
Assist in the sell through of merchandise and focus products communicated by the Account Executive.
Act as a Force of Beauty and represent the bare Minerals brand in a positive and professional manner through personal example.
Adhere to policies and procedures of the wholesale retail partner.

Uphold Bare Escentuals Dress Code Guidelines & consistently demonstrate a polished and professional appearance, frequently changing makeup styles to reflect current trends by wearing seasonal looks.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a cosmetic coordinator or business / counter manager (or equivalent position)
A proven track record of achieving sales goals
Excellent artistry, selling, customer service, communication and organizational skills
Experience working cosmetic events
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Professional attitude and ability to be flexible and handle change in a positive manner
Able to work 40 hours a week (Tuesday through Saturday or Wednesday through Sunday) and be flexible to change to reflect the needs of the business
Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs
Able to stand for up to 8 hours
Ability to travel up to 40%
Possess a personal vehicle to be utilized for business purposes
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays
