Manages the creation of actionable customer insights for assigned business segment by synthesizing data from information sources; ensuring
insights are relevant to the business; tailoring communications to the audience and communicating complex data to a non-technical audience; and
escalating insights that cross organizational boundaries to senior leadership.
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business
