Responsible for leading the AM and/or PM shifts in the Primary Restaurant and Bar in all aspects of operation, planning, scheduling, requisitioning, hiring and training of staff. Establishes policies and procedures for delivery of a superior food and beverage experience to all guests. Also assists in the management of the Room Service / Mini Bar Departments as well as the Grab and Go Department. Assist in the development of new business ideas to increase revenues.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Required to be versed in all aspects of Food and Beverage restaurant management;
  • Outgoing sales mentality;
  • Exceptional organizational skills, strong relationship building skills and food and beverage menu/product knowledge;
  • Proficient in Delphi, Opera, Time saver, Micros, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Adaco programs preferred;
  • Restaurant opening experience preferred;
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent
  • 4 - 6 years food and beverage leadership experience;
  • ABC Certified
