A group company within NTT DATA currently seeks a Network Analyst (Telephony & Video Conferencing) to join our team in central Illinois .

Position Functions or Responsibilities:

NTT DATA is seeking an individual with prior experience providing helpdesk support for enterprise telephony systems. In this environment, the person selected will be supporting video conferencing needs along with data and voice services across a wide spectrum of users that includes our client's Contact Centers. Successful candidates will have previous experience supporting network and/or telephony systems for private organizations or Local Exchange Carriers (LEC). Previous experience troubleshooting issues collaboratively with Local Exchange Carriers and/or Inter-Exchange Carriers is highly desired.

Responsibilities include:

Development of documentation in support of audio, video, and telepresence technologies, services and equipment. This would include, is but not limited to:

- Communication memos

- Client Forms

- Training documents for reservationists and general public

- Create website or other location for documents and maintenance of this location

- Assist in training new and current users of scheduling tool changes

- Assist in developing and maintaining reports and metrics for all video conferencing & TelePresence systems maintained by this team

- Assist current team members in support of video conferencing tools and processes, and to participate in scheduled project and component work as well.

Knowledge and experience with the audio, video, and TelePresence technologies, hardware and software preferred:

Video Conferencing - Tandberg C20, C40, etc.

TelePresence - CTS1300, EX90, etc.

Web Conferencing


Video Management System - TMS (TelePresence Management Server)

Cisco Call Manager

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years experience with:
  • Video conferencing Support
  • Network/Telephony Support
  • Network/Data Helpdesk experience
This is a full-time salaried position with a group company within NTT DATA. Please note, 1099 or corp-2-corp contractors will NOT be considered.
