Under the direction of the Assistant Vice President, the Neuro-Sciences Service Line Leader is responsible for the management of the Neuro-Sciences program and the Spine & Pain Institute. This includes responsibility for the development, presentation and implementation of clinical and practice guidelines for the comprehensive service line plan. He/she will build cohesive relationships with internal and external customers and ancillary departments; develop and manage departmental and service line budgets, and support and advance the mission and goals of the organization. Knowledge of human resources management; program development; fiscal management skills; and familiarity with regulatory and accrediting agency standards preferred.
Understanding of physicians’ referral relationships with the medical community at-large, and development of programs designed to extend the neuro-sciences spine and pain service line. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree required with at least 2 years healthcare experience. RN with clinical background in Neuro-Sciences or Out patient clinical experience preferred.
