Kraft Foods is looking for a Sales Trainee ready to begin a career in Sales. Responsibilities are to stock shelves, build displays, order & manage inventory and sell programs & displays for multi-temperature product lines at retail outlets. Sales Trainee will team with Route Sales Reps to cover assigned territories and fill in for vacations where needed. This is an entry-level position with opportunity for advancement. College Degree highly preferred. The successful candidate will be highly adaptable, motivated, goal-oriented and will have experience in building sales relationships through sustained work ethic and customer service. Job Responsibilities Include:
1. Manage assigned territories when vacation relief is
2. Stocking shelves and Building displays for Nabisco & other
3. Backroom inventory management
4. Product Rotation
5. Inventory Management Order / Credit Writing
6. Monitor sales versus objective for sales territories
7. Selling new products, displays, and promotions at store level.
8. Building and maintaining in-store displays
9. Establish and maintain rapport with key store
10. Work with proprietary software programs to assist with selling, ordering and merchandising
11. Communicate plans to merchandisers and effectively team with Route Sales Reps to manage resources in support of
sales volume on the two territories.

Compensation: Competitive salary, sales incentive plan, Excellent benefits, 401K, Medical, Dental, PTO, etc.
Mileage Reimbursement: 45 cents/mile
Bonus – S.I.P.: Sales Incentive Plan - 10% quarterly

You must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
A flexible work schedule is required - ability to work weekends.
Previous Retail / Grocery experience a plus.
Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and general background check.
Ability to perform sustained physical work in a fast-paced work environment and meet the defined physical activities, (lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, pulling, etc.)
Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills
Ability to act as business advisor to customers
Ability to work independently
Technical skills – MS Office
