Implements and maintains
production standards
to improve
product quality,
reduce
lead time

Implements and
monitors
the correct application of
lean manufacturing,
by providing
support to
project leaders and
shares good practices with other units within the business group

Provides
training for
staff
in the Lean Manufacturing concepts

Drives the Lean manufacturing roadmap and supervise the
timely
implementation of lean manufacturing projects

Promotes lean cultural mindset among the
employees by involving them in the projects

Conducts internal audits in the implementation of production standards and supervision of a corrective action plan after that
upholds and participates in the company quality and EHS programs, and performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Bachelor degree in
mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or manufacturing
engineering or related discipline
Lean Manufacturing training
At least six (6) years of experience in lean manufacturing
implementation
Ability to articulate lean enterprise
concepts
Quality management experience with ISO 9001
Familiarity with machining, welding and assembly manufacturing process
of turbines
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills based on a
structured, disciplined and rigorous approach
Ability to establish priorities and meet tight deadlines
Capability to understand operational requirements and to drive for the
definition and/or implementation of solutions
Attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials
Ability to organize, plan, coordinate and
execute
Customer oriented
Experience with data management and issuing
reports
Experience with project management
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to
deal courteously and professionally with a diverse range
of individuals orally and in
writing while maintaining confidentiality
Demonstrated ability to adapt, be
flexible, and maintain enthusiasm and focus under the demands of a fast-paced,
multi-cultural, and often changing environment
Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including but not limited
