    Administration of Uniform Commercial Code process for the business.

    Essential Responsibilities
  • Timely processing of UCC filings including UCC-1's (original filings), UCC-3's (continuations, assignments, amendments, terminations and subordinations) and searches to ensure the perfection of security interest and minimize risk exposure.
  • Perform system input and verify input for accuracy.
  • Scan necessary documents into electronic storage databases.
  • Pull/develop reports using appropriate database tools to monitor UCC requirements on accounts.
  • Research and resolve internal and external customer questions and issues.
  • Resolve conversion and acquisition questions and issues.
  • Develop open lines of communication with other departments to reduce processing errors.
  • Assist other departmental teams as needed.
  • Reliable attendance is an essential job function as processes are deadline critical.
  • Meet/exceed targeted goals and service standards.

    Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma/GED and 6 months of Operations experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite

    Eligibility Requirements:

  • MUST be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

  • MUST be at least 18 years of age.
  • MUST be willing to comply with pre-employment screening, including but not limited to, drug testing and background check.
  • MUST be willing to travel up to 5% of the time.
  • MUST be willing to work out of the Billings, MT office.
