We have obtained several Latino clients and are seeking Bilingual Virtual Recruiters who speak and write Spanish fluently to help us find new Hispanic job candidates in the writing field. Our target audience will be primarily the US and Mexico and ideally the recruiter will source candidates through Latino job websites. There is work to do 7 days per week. We also only require a minimum of 20 hours per week. The job can become lucrative depending on how much time you want to invest in the project. It all comes down to knowing which websites allocate the highest number of leads.
The ideal recruiter will have the following attributes:
All contact is processed via email. Prefer candidates within the recruiting and sourcing industry. No applicants will be considered without internet recruiting experience.
- Bilingual; speaks and writes in Spanish fluently
- have excellent writing and marketing skills that will work to attract new candidates
- is familiar with the content writing / SEO industry
This is a contract position, $10/working candidate; commission only.
