Support Milliman's Southern EB sales and client service efforts by preparing quality materials used in the sales process and on-going client meetings. Includes production of proposals, presentations and additional sales materials as requested.
Prepare Milliman's response to written Requests for Proposal received from consultants and prospects seeking our services. Write original draft using approved content in the master library and modifying for the specific prospect. Proposals cover all service areas: actuarial, defined benefit administration, defined contribution administration, communications, and investment advisory.
Maintain master library of RFP content and update on regularly scheduled basis with assistance of Subject Matter Experts.
Maintain Milliman information in databases provided by external consultants.
Prepare Milliman responses to external employee benefit surveys.
Produce standard proposals, capability descriptions, brochures, and other marketing materials.
Support the efforts of the sales team members to gain new business for Milliman Southern EB.
Assist with preparation of materials and logistics for client site visits and presentations as needed.
Assist with other marketing initiatives as requested
Minimum two-year Associate of Arts degree from business school, technical school, college or equivalent.
At least three years experience in sales/marketing or client service.
Advanced proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel as well as desire and ability to learn additional software.
Excellent communication skills (able to prepare proposals covering complex topics).
Collaborate with and support sales team members.
Self-starter with good project management skills and ability to work under deadlines.
Experience with and understanding of employee benefits administration is a plus.

Flexibility & compensation
This position offers flexibility in work hours and location. Expected time commitment would be 25 to 30 hours per week. A competitive hourly base pay is offered along with the potential to participate into our outstanding benefits package.
