Uphold Exemplary Customer Service through modeling of behavior and establishing guidelines.
Monitor the inventory control systems by working with vendors, merchandising, sales and accounting.
Maintain company standards of Cleanliness and Food Product/Safety
Familiar and knowledgeable with MICROS systems with all its functions:
Payroll, Inventory Management, COGS, GP and Customer Service.
Monitor Sales and Labor Issues on a daily basis with a goal to maximize profits.
Work with and interface with Regional Managers and Accounting Department to establish P&L for the store.
Work with Regional Managers to establish store plans that are attainable and growth
Perform basic HR functions of payroll, scheduling, selection, interviewing and hiring
Under the auspices of the Human Resource Department
Ability to develop shop personnel through the performance improvement process and the pay for Performance Guidelines.
Strong communication skills
Ability to work with very little or no supervision
Ability to manage effectively
Analytical ability for statistics and forecasting
Knowledge of POS systems
BA or AA preferred.
Min. of 3 years of related restaurant management experience.
Ability to pass a Drug Screen and Background Check upon offer.
