Business Objects Administrator
Troubleshooting support tickets for operational issues Working issues outside of the normal M-F 8:00-5:00 work hours Building improvements in monitoring Managing security Working through a root/cause analysis and following up on action items Applying patches and upgrades as necessary Managing promotions of reports through the development, test and production processes Performing as a member of a team on projects where Business Objects infrastructure expertise is required Have strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills to meet task deadlines Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and have excellent verbal communication skills Preferences:
3+ years' experience supporting Business Objects XI 3.1 and previous versions from an infrastructure perspective 3+ year's expertise of the Central Management Console which includes the ability to administer, deploy, install and configure Business Objects 1+ years' experience in Security Model for XI 3.1 or 4.0 1+ years working knowledge and usage of Infoview, Crystal and Webi 1+ years' experience in infrastructure background 1+ years' experience in a troubleshooting and problem solving environment.
