CCCi is seeking a SCRUM J2EE Development Manager in the Atlanta Georgia area Our client is looking for a Development Manager with a background in software development Our clients product is a high visibility webbased claims management application Technologies they use include Servlets JSPs Javascript GWT Spring JBoss Rules Jasper Reports Groovy JBoss Oracle In this role The SCRUM J2EE Development Manager will be managing a development team consisting of both onshore and offshore developers and QA engineers In this position the SCRUM J2EE Development Manager will use SCRUM The responsibilities will include managing the team including daily standups code reviews offshore communication communicating impediments to stakeholders as well as performing some development work The works consists of roughly 70 management responsibilities and 30 development responsibilities The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications Outstanding oral and written communication skills that demonstrate the ability to effectively present information and complex data influence outcomes and tactfully interface with diverse people situations and ideas in order to represent the needs of the team accurately Demonstrate a proactive approach in order to multitask in a fastpaced environment Demonstrate leadership skills including diplomacy listening and negotiation skills and proven consensusbuilding skills The ability to analyze complex requirements to breakdown into manageable stories Demonstrate the ability effectively motivate team members individually and as a group Ability to review code and provide feedbackguidance to developers Ability to review test cases and given feedback to QA engineers Required Skills 5 Years J2EE experience 12 Years managing a team or working as a technical lead Solid communication skills An ability to multitask and resolve a wide variety of issues both technical and personal Provide daily updates to senior management Mentor and train team Ensure quality and consistency throughout the application Any interested person who meets the minimum qualification indicated is passionate about technology and eager to make immediate contributions as a part of our team is encouraged to apply
