This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with Hi Volume, Leadership and a Min. of 5 years Daily Store Activity experience.
You will develop through Leadership Techniques
Effectively communicate with all levels of the Organization
-Effectively control Daily Store Activities and Priorities
-Maintain the high standards of Cleanliness and Food Safety
-Proficiency with P& L statements
-Monitor Inventory Control Systems
-Knowledge and experience with MICROS systems in all its functionalities
-Monitor the Sales and Labor Issues on a daily basis
-Perform Inventories of goods by following time tables established by Corporate
-Work in conjunction with the Regional Manager and Accounting Department
-Monitor the performance levels of shop personnel and revenues through statistical analysis.
-Perform basic Human Resource functions of scheduling, payroll and employee relations.
*Prior Restaurant Management experience required. 3 years in a Lead Management role
Min. of a HS Degree
