Nexlink Global Services is seeking a Project Administrator. This position will provide assistance to the Project Manager and maintain administrative functions at the site location.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to the following:
• Manage/maintain all accounting aspects of jobs, including job setups, AFRs, billing, etc.
• Oversee new-hire process, AP/AR
• Supervise administrative assistant/receptionist
• Assist in month-end close processes
• Prepare, submit and follow up billing and invoicing
• Purchase order receiving
• Responsible for collecting timesheets and ensuring accuracy
• Researches and orders supplies as needed. Maintains office supply inventory
• Review construction documents, data and all project material submitted by field technicians and managers
• Provide documents to customers
• Support daily activities of Managers
• Handles day to day project level client communication
• Monitors progress and updates different data trackers in Excel for projects and reports progress in spreadsheets to customer and managers in office
• Creates and Maintains project, bid files and associated support documentation
• Professionally answers phone and directs calls to appropriate staff member
• Perform a wide variety of administrative duties as required by daily operations in the local office, including answering telephones, data entry, filing, creating reports, faxing/scanning/copying
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

• High School Degree or GED. College Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year administrative experience in construction related industry. Wireless Telecommunications preferred.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point)
• Effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Team player, self-motivator and independent worker.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interact with staff, vendors, other departments and senior management.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
