As a Contract Product Manager at Mitchell, you will be working on a project to enhance Mitchell’s Out-of-Network Negotiation services within the Auto Casualty Solutions division. The ACS Contract Product Manager will be the driving force that creates a meaningful impact for our customers, while simplifying pre-existing workflows and engaging new initiatives that promote ease of use.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate cross-organizationally with sales, marketing, customer support, medical billing, negotiators, operations and other functional areas to assist in product roll out and go-to-market strategies.
Optimize workflows within the Out-Of-Network services, and implement powerful strategies for future growth.
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of the product and its features across the organization.
Interface with Mitchell customers and clients to validate concepts, develop market strategies and pricing, and act as the voice of the customer.
Become a subject matter expert on best practices and industry standards.
Conduct market and competitive research to understand business opportunity, market needs, product requirements, and competitive positioning of current and new products/services.
Prior product management experience (3-7 years) is desirable.
Knowledge of software life cycle and Agile frameworks is highly desirable.
Knowledge of Medical Billing, Bill Review, and Negotiating processes are desirable.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing/changing priorities.
Proficient in using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Education: BA/BS required, MBA preferred.
