Work Schedule: 20 hours per week, Monday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM or until finish, Wednesday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM or until finish and Saturday 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM or until finish. This schedule is considered to be open-ended. Additional/extended hours may be required based on business need.
Processes commercial coin deposits through commercial coin sorting equipment and credits customer at PC workstation. Involves constant heavy lifting throughout the shift. Receives coin shipments from armored carrier and ships coin deposits to Federal Reserve depot. Balances and reconciles coin inventory. Provides coin for change orders. Operates and maintains departmental equipment. Supports Receiving and Dispatch function as needed.
6+ months work experience in a production or general office environment.
Ability to work under direct supervision. Possesses communication skills to interact with less senior staff. Pays close attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven, production environment.
Must be able to lift 30 to 50 lbs and 70 lbs occasionally - constant heavy lifting throughout the day. Must be able to stand (90% of shift) for long periods of time. Position requires, pushing, pulling, and repetitive arm, wrist and hand movement. This position also supports our Receiving and Dispatch function when needed, requiring some overhead lifting and standing or walking 90% of shift. Some overtime and holiday work required. Work outside of published scheduled hours sometimes required. Previous cash handling required
Production experience, basic PC skills, previous cash handling.
