Managing nearly 2,000,000 toll-free and local tracking numbers for more than 300,000 business throughout the US and Canada, CallSource integrates call tracking, call recording, lead management, telephone performance analysis, and office staff training in one custom online environment.

Due to our continued growth, we have several B2B Sales Representative openings. We are seeking a high energy, organized B2B sales “hunter” to focus on new Account Development This is a consultative sales role and understanding a complex sale is a necessity. The position is located in our corporate offices in Westlake Village, CA. The successful candidate must live within a 30 mile radius of the office.

Experience in the industry is not required but Home Improvement/Healthcare/ Automotive industry experience is a plus! Also, candidates with sales experience are strongly preferred but we encourage those individuals who have bachelor’s degrees in business or marketing and have a strong desire to sell and succeed to apply! Some travel required.

• Prospect and acquire new clients on a monthly basis
• Proactive communication with prospects and client via telephone, e-mail, or in-person
• Strives to convert all prospects meeting needs analysis criteria into customers and works with supervisor to effectively transition qualified prospects to managed account status.
• Nurtures longer term prospects through regular follow up and contact.

• Ensures customer satisfaction by recommending and providing solutions in a timely manner which meet each customer’s unique needs and requirements.
• Promotes the Company’s reliability, service programs, advantages of products, and new product promotions to effectively meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Promotes and maintains the highest level of customer service and satisfaction, both individually and through others.
• Travel for prospect/client training meetings, customer site visits, and/or trade shows
• Manipulate and manage large amounts of data via spreadsheets or other data management tools
• Maintain accurate up-to-date sales pipeline and forecasts (CRM knowledge a plus)
• Other functions and special projects that may be assigned.
Required Experience:
• Demonstrated ability to sell a concept and complex products
• Success in establishing relationships over the phone
• Comfortable, persistent and gracious on the telephone
• Demonstrated successful track record and experience providing consultative advice to clients demonstrating a “value added” product
• Self-starter, quick learner and good listener
• Possess the desire to exceed goals and targets
• Honest and reliable
• Highly organized and responsible
• Able to maintain composure under high pressure
• A team player
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a good command of the English language
• Proficient in public speaking and giving presentations
• Possesses a positive attitude
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint Experience Strongly Preferred
Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, Business Management, International Business, or other related fields

Hourly Base plus performance-based commission
