The Robert M. Berne Cardiovascular Research Center is seeking an Application Systems Analyst II to provide IT analysis, development, and program support. Duties include but are not limited to design and development of multiple complex web applications to streamline business processes and provide web-based output via dashboards and/or business intelligence reporting. Incumbent creates design specifications, develops and programs code. tests/debugs code, and maintains internal applications. Other duties include basic IT support for CVRC business office and CVRC office support, as needed.

Position requires Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Computer, Systems or Software Engineering or other IT related discipline. Equivalent experience or combination of relevant college level information technology coursework and experience is programming, application development or information systems considered in lieu of degree. Successful candidate must have minimum of two years' experience with web and database development, network and systems administration, and IT support and troubleshooting (PC, Mac & Server environments). Must have a strong understanding of PHP, CSS, HTML, MySQL, and relational databases. Current site developed on Drupal CMS platform, so experience or ability to quickly come up to speed will be necessary.
