Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) seeks an experienced professional who will report to the Risk Prevention/Response Unit Manager and serve as the Risk Prevention Analyst Duties include Addressing affiliate compliance with HFHI requirements Assessing high risk situations and improving services to affiliates in crisis Protecting the Habitat brand Aiding in crises prevention through early intervention Assisting in and delivering program reviews to identify risk and supporting affiliates in adopting strategies to mitigate risk Training field staff to identify and manage conflict Implementing, delivering and supporting affiliate program review work; handling and identifying crises Analyzing organizational policies and procedures Provide coaching and training for affiliates and US field staff in order to address conflict, prevent crises, and create an atmosphere for successful intervention by Crisis team if needed Provide training in mediation, facilitation of difficult meetings, and conflict management Collecting, recording, and analyzing data as it relates to risk prevention, charting patterns which might suggest needed changes in policy or training Collaborate with Quality Assurance Program to identify issues pertaining to meeting minimum standards as outlined in the Quality Assurance Checklist

Required Skills:
3 -5 years related experience Position requires minimum of 40 hours training in Conflict Management program Membership in Conflict Resolution organization preferred Nonprofit experience preferred Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to telecommute Please cut and paste your cover letter and resume into our applicant tracking system, when applying.
