Job Description

Job Summary:
Superior Service Support is seeking highly skilled and motivated process equipment engineers and technicians to become part of our semiconductor division at various locations throughout the U.S. These individuals will receive paid training and will be asked to work on salary or contract basis. Possible travel associated with some assignments.

Current Opportunities:
Candidates with Tegal/Acatel DRIE experience.

Support personnel with Chemical Analysis and Electroplating experience.

Your Qualifications

Requirements:
Degree in Electrical, Chemical, Material Science Engineering or equivalent course of study in an accredited college or university.

Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in Wafer Fab Process/Equipment Engineering and/or Maintenance. Prefer experience in both chemical and electrical engineering functions.

Desired Experience:
Electroplating with Copper, Tin/Lead, Tin/Silver, Nickel, Gold, and Palladium. Chemical Delivery and Analysis, FEOL and BEOL, and MEMS Equipment, Full and Semi Automated Wet Bench, Solar Cell and Photovoltaic Manufacturing Equipment.

Must be PC proficient; knowledgeable of semiconductor equipment performance, quality, and reliability related issues and topics; background in customer service and the ability to manage projects and allocate resources; must be able to summarize, analyze, and present pertinent data; must be able to work well with others and make sound technical decisions.

Specific Responsibilities Include:
Work directly with the engineers, maintenance technicians, and customers on electroplating equipment procedures. This work will require chemical analysis procedures and support.

Support Yield and Continuous Improvement, activities related to the electroplating equipment. Participate in troubleshooting and assisting management in implementing task-forces as need in helping develop solutions that prevent recurrence.

Support technology that continues to improve process and equipment robustness. The candidate needs to make data driven decision and have systematic problem solving skills.

Support installation and qualification of new tools and process technologies. Responsibilities include customer meetings, and report writing.
