Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalency and two years' experience or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to two years
Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to campus dean and other staff. Responsible for greeting visitors, phone calls, mail, preparing correspondence, reports, documentation for CME credits and scheduling appointments. Helps with faculty development sessions and all campus events.
Requirements:
Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to function independently in an academic environment. Computer literacy in Outlook, Word and Excel essential. Experience maintaining an accurate database.
