Perform patient registration and/or pre-certification. Provide insurance benefits interpretation counseling. Maintain medical terminology skills and knowledge of third party payer regulations. Supply and/or work data quality/statistical reports. Perform patient and customer relations. Ensure point of service collections.
Associate degree in Medical Office Technology or two years of hospital, physician office, public health agency, insurance company, co-op or internship experience required. Two years of related experience may substitute for the required Associate's degree.
Part Time 10 hours per week - 12:30pm - 9:00pm weekends and 5:30 pm - 9:00 pm one night during the week.
$10.60 - $16.43
