Clickable is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to oversee the strategy and analytics for our marketing automation and demand generation programs.
The Marketing Operations Manager will play a lead role in creating and managing scalable, repeatable processes and systems to enable deployment, measurement and reporting of marketing and closed-loop lead generation initiatives. This role works closely across numerous internal departments including Marketing, Acquisition, Sales Operations, Business Systems, Finance, IT and Product Management. The candidate will be measured by effective deployment and management of automation systems, as well as monthly performance of sales-funnel opportunity conversions. The ideal candidate will have extensive operating experience in a sales and marketing organization, strong quantitative working knowledge of business systems (CRMs, marketing automation software, SQL databases), and understanding of the SEM/online media industry.
The position is based in New York and reports to the VP, Marketing. Responsibilities Marketing Systems Infrastructure: Responsible for the successful implementation, management and day-to-day operation of marketing technology and automation systems, including Netsuite, Pardot and Google Analytics. Own integration of technology systems with Clickables proprietary website tracking technology and dashboards. Measurement and Reporting: Develop and manage reporting processes and marketing dashboards, including measurement of demand generation and online analytics.
Responsible for consistency of metrics and overall data quality, including analysis of metrics and reporting against objectives and trends Marketing Systems Infrastructure: Responsible for the successful implementation, management and day-to-day operation of marketing technology and automation systems, including Netsuite, Pardot and Google Analytics. Own integration of technology systems with Clickables proprietary website tracking technology and dashboards. Sales Funnel Data Management and Quality: Responsible for the management of Clickables lead contact database list, data integrity and data synchronization between the marketing automation and CRM systems. Work closely with marketing and acquisition team in procuring and importing data, and ensuring data are properly segmented for targeting purposes.
Process Design and Documentation: Develop user training for technical and non-technical users, and provide best practices to content creators to maximize program effectiveness. Document existing processes and implement improvements to enhance marketing productivity. Recommend new systems to enhance marketing productivity. Execute Lead Nurturing Program Strategy: Collaborate with marketing team to identify opportunities to develop lead nurture pathways.
Continuously monitor and test effectiveness of all lead nurture pathways and programs, including website, landing pages, virtual events and email. Budgeting and Planning: Serve as the quotprocess centerquot for marketing to deliver consistency in budgeting process and reconciliation with actual spend in conjunction with Finance. Qualifications Minimum 5+ years experience in Marketing Operations, Lead Generation, Business Process Improvement, Reporting and Analysis, and related roles within a technology company. Proven history of developing process improvement based on best practices, data and critical thinking.
Adaptable to quotnimble startup modequot while grounded in long-term process and scalability. Eager to learn new technologies. Ability to turn data into marketing intelligence and revenue-generating actions. Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while meeting deadlines.
Demonstrated project management skills, including to rally cross-functional departments and remote teams. Experience in marketing planning and budgeting process execution and management. Strong communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated proficiency with database design concepts, data modeling, and segmentation.
Experience managing Salesforce.com or Netsuite. Experience managing a marketing automation system such as Eloqua, Marketo or Pardot. Experience with Google Analytics or other Web analytics software. Strong interest in the Internet and the marketing industry.
BA/BS with strong academic record required; MBA/MS or other advanced degree a plus. About Clickable, Inc.
