Job Details: SUMMARY:
Provides health assessment, education and health management services for individuals, corporations and health plans. Primary role is to serve the South Dakota Quitline as a telephonic tobacco cessation health coach.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in health related discipline; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, and/or REGISTRATIONS:

ationally recognized certification in health and wellness preferred.

This position requires a valid driver’s license and that the employee is insurable by the Avera Health automobile liability insurance carrier.
