Title: Account Services Coordinator

The Account Services Coordinator serves as the central liaison between the sales team or customer and our design, procurement, and fulfillment departments. Assigned to specific accounts, the ASC works in a team environment to oversee the product development timeline, researches and maintains information about customer requirements, and identifies additional opportunities or problems through Point-of-Sale and forecast analysis.


  • Monitors the product development timeline, ensuring that new items are delivered

within customer timelines and expectations
These steps include, but are not limited to:
-Working with Sales Team to determine customer commitment / Create Line Sheet
-Participate in pre-purchase line review w/design and purchase teams for all new items
-Communicating all details of product set-up to purchasing
-Develop and submit Purchase Order requests for all Rollout and Fashion products
-Monitoring purchase and sales order execution
-Monitoring customer receipt/approval of samples
-Researching and ensuring completion of customer-specific Compliance requirements
-Corresponds daily with sales team, purchasing, logistics, and design group
-Corresponds frequently with customer, when approved by sales team
-Maintains and researches customer information and requirements,
and passes that information along to the appropriate department in a timely manner
-Serves as internal support to account representative (i.e. fills sample requests, carries
out correspondence, provides inventory/sales data)
-Aids the sales team in point-of-sale and forecast reporting
-Develops additional sales opportunities through analysis of inventory and POS data
-Works with Inventory team to make sure forecast is supported on basic items
-Works with logistics to insure that fulfillment requirements/shipping timelines are met
-Chargeback Analysis/Reconciliation:
-Maintains and distributes customer chargeback schedule
-Handles correspondence with customer regarding chargeback disputes/reconciliation
-Daily use of computer (MS Office, Apprise) and other general office equipment
-Occasional travel to accounts
