Nichols Cottage, a 17-bed general psychiatric inpatient unit serves children 6 to 12 years of age. The program provides evaluation and treatment for a variety of acute psychiatric diagnoses that are endangering the child, family members, or the safety of others.
As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide functional assessments, develop and lead groups and activities, liaison with educational staff and consult on occupational therapy needs. You will function as a member of a close-knit interdisciplinary team.
NYS Department of Education licensure in Occupational Therapy required. Bachelor’s Degree Required (Master’s preferred).
