Full-time, Mon - Fri, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for providing administrative assistance and support for the human resources department including recruitment, maintaining employee records, and benefits assistance. The HR Assistant also coordinates new hire processing, enters data in to the HRIS system and acts as the receptionist for the HR office, including answering telephones and greeting visitors to the department.
Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree in HR or related field preferred.
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as an administrative assistant, payroll assistance or Human Resource assistance required.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook is a must.
